I’m glad you’re here.

I know how tough it can be to find time for fitness and wellness. After 7 pregnancies and a couple pretty severe injuries - there have been plenty of roadblocks on my fitness journey. And if you are anything like me, you may feel frustrated by the misinformation that is so prevalent in the health and fitness world. It can feel like a full time job trying to eat well or workout regularly - especially without the appropriate guidance.

Here’s the good news: you don’t have to do it alone. With years of experience as a personal trainer and with my own personal health struggles and hectic daily routine, I’ve learned how to stay strong and healthy no matter what life throws my way.
